We take quality seriously and aim to achieve very high conformances.

Our measured performance over 100,000 parts we test every year is better than 99.96% and our audit record is similarly impressive - with an average of just 3 minor (and no major) NCRs over 25 external audits each year. That's why we enjoy Merit Status with Nadcap, why we are UKAS approved, why we actively participate in Quality forums and why we are able to effectively maintain formal approvals with major organisations. We have a progressive approach towards ensuring that this commitment to Quality adds value to what we do. Over the last 12 months we have developed a state of the art data base and tracking system (EDITS) to improve the reporting efficiency, accuracy and traceability of every component we test. We have introduced a Further Information Request (FIR) system to improve feedback and flag up anomalies before they become problems. We have also set up regular performance review meetings and an open communication ethos with key clients.
